Our 2010 practice times have been announced.  Please note that these times are subject to change. You should ALWAYS double check our practice calendar EVERY SATURDAY prior to heading out to a pracitce session on Sunday.  If you cannot attend a practice session, you MUST e-mail both your head coach and team manager 48 hours in advance if you are NOT going to attend a particular practice- whether a team and/or game sesson.
