2010 SEASON
For 2010, teams will have both formal team practices (bold) and competitive intra-squad games. Our intense and organized intra-squad games, will be like real games, and focus on game strategy, game speed, and game experience versus a traditional practice. For example, 2001/2000 players will be divided into 2 teams and play an organized and refereed game.
Formal practices (Bold) are highly encouraged and absences need to be approved by your coach. The intra-squad games are not mandatory. While most of our players like to practice weekly to keep in top shape, this does allow flexibility for those who are unable to attend a Sunday practice (out of area player or schedule conflict with other sport).
