The Washington All-Stars were formed to provide an affordable opportunity for elite hockey players, in the Mid-Atlantic region, to keep their ice hockey skills sharp during the spring off-season. It is our goal to have fun, while showcasing the regions top talent at the best AAA hockey tournaments in North America.

We welcome players from any CBHL and/or AYHL club with the skill and desire to play at the most competitive level possible. The Washington All-Stars are NOT affiliated with any other club NOR a recruiting vehicle for ANY club. We accept players based on skill and desire to play competitive hockey.

The elite tournaments we enter promote that many NHL, Junior, and college players once played in their event, so you might just see the next Sidney Crosby. The talent at these tournaments is simply the best of the best, as they too are comprised of elite off-season players from all over North America. Scouts are often in attendance and participation can especially benefit players in older age groups by increasing player exposure to coaches and scouts who can assist with further hockey playing and educational opportunities.

If you love ice hockey, want to improve your game, and feel you are at an elite competitive level, we welcome you to register for your age group so our coaches can evaluate your application. Our coaches and scouts may verify applicants abilities through observation during a game, practice, and/or via coaching recommendations. In addition, birth year teams may also hold an additional tryout at the coaches discretion..

We constantly strive to provide qualified coaches and assistant coaches at every birth year. If you are qualified and are interested in a coaching position, please let us know.
